Is it fair for stephen baldwin and many others to sue kevin costner?

is it right for stephen baldwin and many others that were involved in bonds and shares of costner"s machines to clean up the oil in the gulf. they were told to take their bonds out and shortly after costner made millions on profit. should they take costner to the cleaners? what will happen to his beatiful wife and kids if his millions dissappear? what do you think about this mess? thanks....
