Olive garden proposal?

ok im going to ask my high school sweetheart to marry me at olive garden with four balloons saying will...you....marry....me and on the me balloon will have the ring while our favorite song I love you this big by Scotty Mccreery is going to be playing in the background. does this sound romantic at all and is this a good idea???
