Is 'A Perfect World' one of the most underrated films of the 90's?

A Perfect World is a masterpiece directed by Clint Eastwood in 1993. It stars Kevin Costner and Eastwood himself. I have to say, it's one of the best films I've ever seen, and the only movie I've ever cried during (I've teared up before, but this movie was so powerful that I actually cried). Anyway, I never hear anyone mention it, which is a shame. Have you seen the movie? If so, what did you think of it, and would you agree that it is very underrated? And if not, I strongly recommend you watch it.
